If This Then That (IFTTT) Webhooks allow us to use Applets. Indeed thanks to Webhooks we can trigger multiple services with only one action. So it's simple we just need to create an applet that is triggered by the If condition "Sothebys". For Then condition we just need to select Pushsafer then send me a notification in order to receive an alert when what your are looking for is available !

Let's see steps by steps how to create it !
- You need to sign up to IFTTT and click on "new applet"
- Click on "+This" to create your trigger
- Search and select Sotheby's, and click on "New lots listed for sale" and then, complete your information and "Create a trigger"
- Click on "+that" to select the action to accomplish
- Search and select Pushsafer
- Click on "Pushsafer.com"
- Enter the notification you want to receive when "A new house corresponds to your research"
- Finally click on "Finish" and that's it you are all set
